Emaar, the Economic City Announces the Listing of the New Shares Resulting from the Company’s Capital Increase through Debt Conversion

Introduction With reference to the announcement made by Emaar, the Economic City (the "Company") on the Saudi Exchange’s website on 03-07-1447H (corresponding to 23-12-2025G) regarding the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting that included approving the increase of the Company’s share capital by converting the debt owed to the Public Investment Fund (the “PIF” or the “Creditor”) to new shares in the Company; the Company hereby announces the listing of the new shares issued in favor of the Creditor on 5-7-1447H (corresponding to 25-12-2025G). With the completion of this procedure, the Company is pleased to announce the completion of the debt conversion.
