| Introduction | Further to the Company's announcement that was published on Tadawul on 12 May 2019 regarding the preliminary financial results for the period ended 31 Mar 2019 (three months), Jabal Omar Development Company would like to clarify the following: |
1- The actual earnings per share is SR 0.001 for the period ending 31 Mar 2019 but for the purpose of presenting the figures in line with financial statement we kept earning per share at 2 decimal places to 0.00.
2- During the period ending 31 March 2018 the company reported a net loss of SR 128.20 M. This was disclosed correctly in the financial statements but the other comprehensive income was not entered in the correct field at the time of the announcement since it was a new requirement at that time. In subsequent periods, this situation was corrected and since then the company has been announcing this in line with the revised announcement requirement that was issued by the Capital Market Authority.
