Further to Knowledge Economic City Companys announcement of today 27/12/2011 on Tadawul regarding signing a contract to buy land adjacent to its project in Madinah from Savola, of 2,026,245 (two million twenty six thousand two hundred forty five) square meter, and since the deal is considered to be held with a related party; therefore the company announces that the deal will be presented to the nearest Assembly General Meeting of shareholders for ratification according to rules and regulations.
