Also the Company encourages its shareholders, who can not attend, to participate in the EGM remotely through Tadawulaty Voting Services using the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa.

Shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty services portal can vote online until 16:00 on Monday 16 March 2020. Tadawulaty provides registration and voting services free of charge to all shareholders.
