| Introduction | In reference to the Company’s announcement dated 14 May 2020 on the Tadawul website regarding the partial reopening of its shopping centres amid a temporary relaxation of containment measures and the subsequent 24-hour curfew during the Eid break, and with reference to the new Government directives dated 25 May 2020 changing the partial curfew timings and permitting the continuation of certain economic activities (including shopping centres) as follows: |
First: from 28 to 30 May 2020, from 06:00 to 15:00 (except in Makkah). Entertainment facilities, cinemas, gyms, beauty salons and clinics will remain shut during this period. Food and beverage units will only provide delivery services.
Second: from 31 May to 20 June 2020, from 06:00 to 20:00 (except in Makkah). When, food and beverage units will be permitted to receive dine-in orders, following the precautionary guidelines set by the relevant authorities. Other economic activities restricted during the previous period will continue to be restricted during this period.
Third: from 21 June 2020 onwards, the Kingdom will return to "normal" conditions in all regions and cities of the Kingdom (excepting Makkah), albeit with the implementation of health and social distancing measures by the Government.
Fourth: With regards to Makkah, the provisions of the First item above will be implemented between 31 May and 20 June 2020. Provisions of the Second item will be applied from 21 June 2020 onwards.
Arabian Centres announces that its shopping centres will operate according to the provisions outlined above.
