| Introduction | Reference to the announcement of 21 June 2020 made by Arabian Centres Company (“ACC” or “the Company”) on the Saudi Exchange website regarding the returning to fully operational status in light of lifting the curfew in all Kingdom’s regions and cities, and with reference to the Government directive of 15 October 2021 regarding the easing of coronavirus curbs starting from 17 October 2021, ACC announces that all of its commercial centres and all the economic activities inside them shall return to operate with full capacity (with no exception to any economic activities), and with lifting the social distancing condition starting from the above stated date. This will contribute in increasing the number of visitors to the Company’s commercial centres, which will positively affect their occupancy rates. |
ACC will continue to operate in accordance with the updated government guidelines regarding practice in the areas of public health and safety, including of allowing only the fully vaccinated visitors to enter the commercial centres.
