Arabian Centres Co. Announces Resignation and Assignment of a CEO

Introduction Arabian Centres Co. (“ACC” or the “Company”) announces that the board of directors has accepted the resignation of the CEO Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Jedaie effective from 31 January 2022.

On this occasion, the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company extend their appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Faisal for his valuable contributions to the Company as CEO.

Also, the Board of Directors has approved to delegate the MD Mr. Mohamad Rafic Mourad with the responsibilities of the CEO role of ACC effective from 01 February 2022 until further notice.
