| Change Details | The details of the non-fundamental changes are as follows: |
1. Updating the Fund Manual. The Fund Manual has been updated, and the auditor has been changed.
2. Updating main paragraph (6) “The address and website of the fund manager's headquarters”.
3. Updating subparagraphs (a, d) of main paragraph (18) "Fund Board" .The paragraphs have been revised and reorganized for clarity, and to reflect the latest changes to the Fund Board which is the resignation of Mr. Read Albarakati (Chairman – Non-Independent) and the change in the membership of Mr. Abdullah AlFaris, who has been appointed as Chairman of the Fund Board in place of the resigning member.
4. Updating subparagraphs (a, f) of main paragraph (19) "Fund Manager". The Fund Manager information has been updated. In addition, the article number in paragraph (f) has been revised to align with the revised numbering in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Updating subparagraphs (a) of main paragraph (23) " The Auditor ", The paragraph has been updated to reflect the appointment of the new auditor.
6. Updating subparagraphs (b, c) of main paragraph (29) " Other Information ", The Fund Manager’s address and the Zakat and Tax Advisor’s address have been updated.
