During the investment period, Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund (“the Fund”) received total cash proceeds of SAR 75,583,735, including SAR 11,942,221 from a full exit through the sale of the remaining units in the secondary market. This corresponds to a 51% return on investment, with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 13.76%. |
This transaction provides the fund with high flexibility and strengthens its financial position. The sale proceeds will be deployed across several strategic options, including but not limited to:
• Acquiring high-quality, income-generating real estate assets.
• Partially repaying existing bank facilities, thereby reducing the fund’s financial obligations.
