| Announcement Detail | Saudi Fransi Capital announces the distribution of a cash dividend to Taleem REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 as follows: |
1. Total dividends SAR 8,160,000.
2. Cash distributions will be based on 51,000,000 existing units.
3. Distributed profit amount is SAR 0.16 per unit, and its ratio to the initial price of the unit is 1.6%.
4. The distribution ratio amounts to 1.54% of net asset value as of 05/05/1441H corresponding to 31/12/2019.
5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for unitholders registered in the registers of Securities Depository Center by the end of Tuesday 30/11/1441H corresponding to 21/07/2020 (end of trading day on 28/11/1441H corresponding to 19/07/2020).
6. Dividends distributions will be paid within 15 business days.
The Fund Manager also wishes to remind the unitholders to update their bank accounts to ensure that their outstanding profits are deposited directly in their accounts.
