| Announcement Detail | SNB Capital Company announces the approval of the board of directors of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) to distribute cash dividends to the Unitholders for the period from 30 Jun 2022 to 31 December 2022 as follows: |
Total cash distribution is SAR 41,250,000;
The distributions will be based on 137,500,000 existing units;
The distribution amount is SAR 0.30 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 3.0%;
The distribution percentage is 2.87% of the net asset value (based on fair value) of the Fund as of 31 December 2022;
The eligibility for dividends shall be for unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Thursday 16 Mar 2023 (end of trading day on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.
Distributions shall be paid by the end of March 2023.
The Fund Manager would like to remind entitled Unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
