| Announcement Detail | Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of the Alinma Retail REIT Fund for (the period from Jan2022 to June2022) basis as follows: |
1. Total distributed dividends11,800,000.00 SAR
2. Cash Distributions will be made on the basis of 118,000,000.00 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.10SAR for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 1.265% of the net value of assets as of “Friday, date 27/05/1443 H., corresponding to 31/12/2021 G”.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Tuesday, 04/01/1444H, corresponding to 02/08/2022G (end of trading day on Sunday, 31/07/2022 G).
6. Distributions shall be paid within 15 working days from eligibility date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
It should be noted that the fund manager aims to distribute on a semi-annual basis.
