Saudi Electricity Company announces that it has signed on Thursday 18/01/2018 a US$ 2.6 billion (equivalent to 9.75 billion Saudi Riyal) international syndicated bridge facility, 1 year bullet.
The facility is co-financed by eight major international banks including Citibank, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, LTD, First Abu Dhabi Bank, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), Mizuho Bank, Ltd., NATIXIS, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Standard Chartered Bank. The facility is unsecured and will be used to finance SECs diverse general corporate purposes including capital expenditure.
