| Announcement Detail | The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that NADEC received a letter from the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture, on Tuesday 23/ 06/2020, corresponding to 02/11/1441 (H). The letter is regarding the issuance of Royal Order No. 58378 dated 10/28/1441 (H) granting NADEC ownership for the parts of lands that the company have been using from the total provided lands in Wadi Al Dawasir, Hail, and Al Jauf. as described below:- |
• Wadi Al Dawasir – 269,210,800 Sq. Mt.
• Hail – 193,082,300 Sq. Mt.
• Al Jauf – 72,000,000 Sq. Mt.
The issuance of the lands ownership deeds will be under process by the concerned government authorities, once the process is complete, the company will issue a subsequent announcement.
NADEC will also announce the financial impact, resulting from transaction at a later date.
