Accordingly, the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) would like to announce the decision of its board of directors at their meeting held on 12/5/2021 AD corresponding to 1/5/1443 AH as follows:
First: Re-formation of the Executive Committee:
Members of the Executive Committee before the amendment:
1- Mr. Abdulaziz Saleh Alrebdi –(Non-executive) – Chairman of the Committee.
2- Dr. Solaiman Abdulaziz Altwaijri (Executive)
3- Mr. Amr Abdulaziz Aljallal (Independent)
4- Mr. Steen Flemming Hadsbjerg (CEO)
Members of the Executive Committee after the re-formation:
1- Mr. Abdulaziz Saleh Alrebdi –(Non-executive) – Chairman of the Committee.
2- Dr. Solaiman Abdulaziz Altwaijri (Executive) – Previous member in the committee.
3-Mr. Bader Abdulrahman Alsayari –(Non-executive) - New member in the committee.

This decision is effective as of 1/1/2022
Third: Forming an Investment committee as one of the board committees of the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) shall be terminated starting from December 31, 2021
