Voting on the business and contracts concluded between the company and (Al-Jonah Sweets and Outside Catering Limited Company) , in which a member of the former Board of Directors (Mishal Awadallah Al-Sulami) has an indirect interest, which are sales and rents in the amount of (2,443,750) riyals, purchases in the amount of (911,614) riyals and expenses paid On behalf of the company in the amount of (2500) riyals and collections from Al-Jonah Sweets Company in the amount of (181,141) riyals for the fiscal year 2021 AD, and there are no preferential terms in the contract. 7. Voting on the business and contracts concluded between the company and the institution (Farah Concert Hall), in which a member of the former Board of Directors (Mansour Awad Allah Ahmed Al-Sulami) has a direct interest, which is sales amounted to (1,073.245) SR. paid expenses on behalf of (50,000) SR. and collections in the amount of (403,289) SR. for the fiscal year 2021 AD, and there are no preferential terms in the contract. 8. Voting on delegating to the Board of Directors the authorization powers of the Ordinary General Assembly stipulated in Paragraph (1) of Article (71) of the Companies Law for a period of one (1) year from the date of approval by the General Assembly or until the end of the delegated Board of Directors’ term, whichever is earlier, in accordance with the conditions set in the regulatory rules and procedures issued pursuant to the Companies Law with regard to Listed Joint Stock Companies.
