Approval of the appointment of PKF Al Bassam, Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, as the company's external auditor from among the nominated candidates based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of the fiscal year ending in 2025, as well as the first quarter of the fiscal year ending in 2026, for a fee of SAR 595,000.
