Announcement Detail Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announces that the company’s Board of Directors has decided, in its meeting which held on Sunday, September 3, 2023 AD, corresponding to Safar 18, 1445 AH, to appoint Mr. Majid Ahmed Ibrahim AlSuwaigh (independent board member) to become Chairman of the Board of Directors, instead of Mr. Al-Walid Khaled Saleh Al-Shathri (Non-Executive Board Member). And this decision will be effective as of September 3, 2023.

It is worth noting that Mr. Majid Ahmed AlSuwaigh holds a Master’s degree in Islamic Finance in 2018 from the General Council of Banks and Financial Institutions, a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language from King Saud University, and holds a Masterclass in Building Organizational Leadership that Leads Change and Implementing Strategy from INSEAD Professional University - College of Business Administration. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial, economic, and administrative field in banks, financial investment companies, and entrepreneurship, and in the field of consulting, management, strategic planning for companies, training, and technical and financial analysis. He held the presidency and membership of the Board of Directors and the committees emanating from it in many listed joint-stock companies.
