• Call for an Extraordinary General Assembly meeting within 60 days from the date of the Board’s awareness of the losses, i.e., no later than 30 May 2026.
• The Company had previously announced on 03 April 2025 that its accumulated losses had reached 52.9% of the capital, and an Extraordinary General Assembly was called to reduce the capital. The meeting was held on 10 December 2025, however, the proposed capital reduction was not approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly
