Asharqiyah Development would like to notify its shareholders that they can vote on the 9th Extraordinary General Assembly (the first meeting) which will be held at 10 pm on Sunday 18 June in Golden Tulip Al Hamra located on King Khaled Street in Dammam (https://goo.gl/maps/MfEykNL2pQ12). All shareholders registered with Tadawulaty on www.tadawulaty.com.sa can start casting their votes between today Wednesday the 14th of June by 10 am till Sunday the 18th of June 9 pm. In the event that the quorum for the first meeting was not met, the second meeting shall take place one hour after the first meeting and the e-voting votes shall be automatically transmitted to the second meeting. Therefore Asharqiyah invites all its shareholders who are unable to attend the EGM to participate and vote remotely knowing that registration and voting via Tadawulaty is now available to all shareholders free of charge.
