The Board of Directors of Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders in the meeting 11-12-2016 for the period 2016 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 30,000,000
2.Dividend per share SAR 1
3.Number of shares 30,000,000
4.Dividend represents 10% of the Face value.
5.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the end of trading on the Annual General Meeting day scheduled for the first quarter of 2017 and which will be announced along with the distribution date in due course after obtaining the necessary approvals
