In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R the Company announces that Rick Medlock will step down as a member of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 31 December 2024.
Rick will continue as Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Nomination Committee.
