Further to the company announcements published on Tadawul website and the last announcement published on 02/12/2015 corresponding to 20/02/1437 regarding the issuance of a primary rule of Riyadh Administrative Court to accept the company's objection on appreciation value of the expropriation of its land located in the neighborhood of Al Faisaliah in Riyadh city which is owned under the deed No. 195/8 and Dated on 02/01/1425 and cancel the decision made by the appreciation committee and re-appreciate the land. Saudi Telecom Co. announces the issuance of a final rule of Riyadh Administrative Court on 21/02/2016 corresponding to 12/05/1437 which include the support of the primary rule to re-form a committee to evaluate the land, and will be announced in the future for any developments in this regard.
