Saudi telecom company (the company) announces that its board of directors approved on 5/5/1438 H corresponding to 2/2/2017 AD the resignation of board member Dr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Alarfag, due to cease his relationship with the Public Pension Agency (PPA), and a appointment of PPA governor H.H. Mohammed Bin Talal Alnahhas (non-executive and non-independent) as a representative of the PPA instead of resigned Board Member Dr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Alarfag, and complete the remaining period of the current session of the Board of Directors effective of 5/5/1438 H corresponding to 2/2/2017 AD .This appointment will be presented in upcoming STC General Assembly meeting for approval.
It is worth mentioning that Mohammed Bin Talal Alnahaas has an extensive experience in the administrative area and in the banking sector. Currently he is the Governor of PPA, and has a bachelor degree in accounting.
