Reference to the announcement of Saudi Telecom Company (the company) published on Tadawul website on 5/8/1438 H corresponding to 1/5/2017 AD regarding its offer to Omani Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) in order to bid for the third license of the mobile phone network in Sultanate of Oman, the company would like to announce that it has received on 8/12/1438H corresponding to 30/8/2017 a notification from (TRA) indicating that it is still in the process of evaluating the received bids and the (TRA) is expecting the process to continue until 30/11/2017, and the Company will subsequently announce any developments in this regard at time.
