Reference to the announcements of Saudi Telecom Company (the company) published on Tadawul website on 5/8/1438 H corresponding to 1/5/2017 AD and 15/12/1438 H corresponding to 6/9/2017 AD, regarding its offer to Omani Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) in order to bid for the third license of the mobile phone network in Sultanate of Oman, the company would like to announce that it has received today Wednesday on 28/1/1439 H corresponding to 18/10/2017 AD a notification from (TRA) indicating that it will not proceed with the award process and the award process is canceled.
