Reference to Saudi Telecom Company (the company) announcement on Tadawul website on 12/4/2018 with regards to the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and the General Sport Authority to obtain exclusive rights sponsorship and broadcast rights for the matches of local football competitions and matches of the Saudi team, which the Saudi Football Federation has the rights of it and the technical sponsorship of the tournaments and events of the General Sport Authority.
The company announces that the discussion with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and the General Sport Authority is still ongoing to complete the drafting and review of the agreements, Therefore, the duration of the memorandum of understanding has been extended for an additional period till 1/8/2018 that also can be extended by the agreement of all parties until a final agreement is reached. And any significant developments in this regard will be announced later at the time.
