The Board of Directors of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announces in its meeting held on Saturday dated 08/12/2012, the appointment of Engineer / Abdulaziz Saleh Alsaghyir, Chairman of the Board for its next session which starts from 01/12/2012 for a period of three years, and the appointment of Engineer / Khalid Omar Al Kaf, Managing Director. The Board also forms subcommittees in accordance with the approved duties and responsibilities.
