The Board of Directors of Etihad Etisalat Co has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period Forth Quarter 2013 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 962.5 Millions
2.Divided per share SAR 1.25
3.Divided represent 12.5% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the General Assembly Meeting (date to be announced)
5.Details of dividend distribution date will be announced later
