Further to our announcement published on Tadawul on 14/12/2014 regarding Mobily due receivable amounts resulted from the Service Agreement signed with Zain KSA, Mobily announce the latest developments relating to the arbitration that The first session was held before the arbitration panel on Saturday 20/12/2014, during which it was agreed that the arbitration panel shall follow in adjudicating the dispute, and in which Mobily submitted its statement of claim Zain KSA has requested time to respond to Mobily statement of claim. The session was adjourned to Saturday 7/02/2015
