Further to the announcement of the company published on Tadawul website on 29/02/1436 H (21/12/2014) regarding the dispute with the Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Co. (Zain) and Mobily due receivable amounts resulted from the Service Agreement signed with Zain, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) hereby announces that the second session before the Arbitration Tribunal was held on Saturday 18/04/1436 H (07/02/2015). The minutes of the session issued by the tribunal, and of which Mobily received a copy, states that the Arbitration Tribunal decided to adjourn the session. The tribunal will review the documents the company intends to submit with respect to the appointment of a new legal team to continue representing it in this case. The Arbitration Tribunal decided that the next session will be held on Saturday 25/04/1436 H (14/02/2015).
