Further to the company announcement on Tadawul website dated 02/03/2015, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) announces that it has received, Monday 21/08/1436 H corresponding to 08/06/2015, from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) a summary of a preliminary report containing the results of examining the Company financial statements by the specialized team assigned by the CMA to examine the financial statements.
The Company will, in coordination with its external auditors, study such results and their financial impact on the Company financial statements and will, immediately upon concluding such study, disclose the financial impact (if any) of such results on the Company financial statement.
Therefore, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Ordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled to convene at 04:30 pm on Tuesday 22/08/1436 H corresponding to 09/06/2015 in Buraidah Hall of the Riyadh Intercontinental Hotel, until concluding the study of the said results and disclosure of their financial impact (if any) on the Company financial statement. At such time, the Company will approach and coordinate with the concerned authorities to set a new time for convening the Ordinary General Assembly.
