Further to the announcement of the company published on Tadawul website on 6/08/1436H corresponding to 24/05/2015G regarding the dispute between Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) and the Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Co. (Zain) in relation to the amounts due by Zain to Mobily in consideration of the services provided by Mobily to Zainl, Mobily hereby announces they received on Monday afternoon, 26/09/1436H (corresponding to 13/7/2015), Zain brief and a number of attachments thereto. Mobily will respond to this brief in accordance with the arbitration procedures.
