Further to the announcement of the company published on Tadawul website on 01/11/1436H corresponding to 16/08/2015G regarding the dispute between Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) and the Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Co. (Zain) in relation to the amounts due by Zain to Mobily in consideration of the services provided by Mobily to Zain. Mobily hereby announces that it submitted the Company Reply today 27/08/2015 Brief supported by additional documentation to the secretary of the arbitral tribunal in response to what Zain submitted on 26/09/1436H (corresponding to 13/07/2015G). Pursuant to the arbitration procedure, Zain has one month from receiving Mobily Brief to submit a reply to this Brief.
