Mobily announces the correction of its previous announcement related to the invitation to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting)

Further to the announcement published on Tadawul website on 10-05-2017 related to the invitation to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting). Where the announcement mentioned in item number 9 to vote on reappointment of the auditors by the Audit Committee to audit the Company annual and quarterly financial statements for the fiscal year 2017, and the first quarter of the fiscal year 2018 and determine their fees, whereas the correct is that the vote should be on the reappointment of the auditors by the Audit Committee to audit the Company annual and quarterly financial statements for the period from the second quarter of 2017, till the end of the second quarter of 2018 and determine their fees.

It is worth noting that the Audit Committee letter, that was attached in the previous announcement, contains the correct dates from the second quarter of 2017, till the end of the second quarter of 2018. (Attached)
