Further to the Companys announcement on Tadawul website dated June 8, 2017 regarding the acquisition of additional spectrum valued at SAR 422 million, Mobily announces the payment of the first installment amounting to SAR 126.9 million, which represents 30% of the total cost of the acquired spectrum. The payment was made within the grace period mentioned in the companys previous announcement, which ended by 11-09-2017.
As mentioned in the previous announcement, the remaining amount will be paid in equal annual installments over a 10 years period.
This investment will allow Mobily to increase its network capacity, improve its customers experience and contain its future capital expenditures , The expected financial impact will start from 1-01-2018.
