(GO) wishes to inform its shareholders that it has submitted the application file to increase the capital via rights issue offering for approval to the CMA on Tuesday 24/05/1443 corresponding to 28/12/2021 Date of Submitting the Application File to CMA 2021-12-28 Corresponding to 1443-05-24 Application Subject Increasing the Company's capital by offering rights issues shares amounting (350,000,000) Saudi Riyals. Date of Announcing Board Recommendation to Increase the Company's Capital on Tadawul's Website 2021-12-20 Corresponding to 1443-05-16 Additional Information The capital increase is subject to the applicable regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Company’s extraordinary general assembly.
