Regarding the invitation to attend the meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly (the first meeting), which will be held, God willing, on Thursday 11/19/1444 AH corresponding to 06/08/2023 AD.at 20:30 pm, Through modern technology from the company’s main headquarters in Riyadh - Al-Sahafa District - Al-Thumama Road (using my trading system only)
The Board of Directors of the company is pleased to remind the company's shareholders who are registered in the Tadawulaty service that they will be able to vote remotely on the articles of the assembly.
Starting from 01:00 am on Monday 11/16/1444 AH corresponding to 06/05/2023 AD, until the end of the assembly time, registration and voting in Tadawulaty services will be available and free to all shareholders using the following link:
www.tadawulaty.com.sa
Attached is an explanation of the electronic voting process.
We would like to point out that there will be a live video and audio broadcast of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting, through the link available in the Tadawulaty system.
