In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Alphawave notifies the market that as at 31 May 2023, the Company's issued share capital consists of 704,174,094 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each with voting rights.
The above figure 704,174,094 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
