The Company hereby notifies the market that further to the application made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange, for a block listing of a total of 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each, the Ordinary Shares have now been admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
