De-Listing and Cancellation of Trading of Alphawave Shares
Further to the announcements made by Alphawave on 16 December 2025 and by Qualcomm Incorporated ("Qualcomm") and Alphawave on 18 December 2025 in respect of the sanction of the Scheme by the Court and the Scheme becoming Effective, respectively, Alphawave today announces that, following an application made on behalf of Alphawave, the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing of the Alphawave Shares on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading of the Alphawave Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8:00 a.m. today.
