United Cooperative Assurance Company notes that the Potential Merger is still under consideration, and that no binding agreement has been signed to date, and that even after such agreement the Potential Merger will be subject to the approvals of the Insurance Authority, the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange, as well as obtaining the requisite approvals of the shareholders of both companies.
The United Cooperative Assurance Company will make further announcements as and when material developments occur in relation to the Potential Merger.
