6- Approval of the business and contracts executed between the company and SAB Invest, in which Board Member Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Bassam has an indirect interest as a member of the Board of Directors of Alawwal Invest. This consists of an investment advisory contract without preferential terms, with an estimated contract value of SAR 793,473.55
7- Approval of the business and contracts executed between the company and Alpha Capital, in which the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Abdullatif Al-Fozan, has an indirect interest as a member of the Board of Directors of Alpha Capital. This consists of an investment agreement in the Alpha Murabaha Fund without preferential terms, with estimated management fees of SAR 385,785.20.
8- Approval of the distribution of SAR 2,292,329 as remuneration for the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
9- Approval of the updated Remuneration and Compensation Policy for Board Members, Committee Members, and Senior Executives.
10- The election of the Board of Directors members from among the candidates for the upcoming term, starting on May 11, 2026, for a duration of four years, ending on May 10, 2030 and they are:
