AXA Cooperative Insurance Company announces receiving SAMAs final approval of portfolio transfer of AXA Insurance (Saudi Arabia) B.S.C (c) to AXA cooperative insurance company by letter No IS/2667 dated on 15/11/1433. The portfolio transfer shall be effective from January 1, 2009 and the impact of portfolio transfer will appear in the financial statements for Q4 2012 and any payments related to the portfolio transfer will require SAMAs approval
