Utilitywise, a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, was notified today that Jeremy Middleton, a non-executive Director of the Company had purchased 1,153,846 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 260.22p per Ordinary Share. Subsequent to this purchase Jeremy is now interested in 1,793,956 Ordinary Shares representing 0.88 per cent. of the share capital of Utilitywise.
