Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that Richard Solomons, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed to the Board and Nomination Committee of Rentokil Initial plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 March 2019. Subject to shareholder approval, he will become Chairman of Rentokil Initial plc at the conclusion of its annual general meeting on 8 May 2019.
