In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scrip Dividend Scheme, the Scrip Calculation Price, in respect of the first interim dividend for 2013/14, which is proposed to be paid on 08 November 2013, is 575p.
The deadline for receipt of a mandate by the registrars (or withdrawing an existing mandate) is 5pm on 18 October 2013.
