The new 99.999 shares were placed with known investors and with the founder shareholders at a price of Euro 10.00 per share. In the meantime, CeoTronics received approximately 1 Mio. Euro in cash. CeoTronics will continue the growth with the inflow of funds of this capital increase with reduced speed but with steadiness according to the chairman, Hans-Dieter Günther.
