Issuer’s information/explanatory remarks concerning this ad hoc announcement:
The unusually high level of revenue growth is also due to the delivery and
invoicing of the largest single order in CeoTronics’ history. The Company
supplied “CT-DECT TowCom” digital communication systems to the German Air
Force. These systems are used for the ground handling of jets such as the
Eurofighter. Even without the completion of this major order, however,
CeoTronics would have generated double-digit growth in consolidated revenues.
As expected the relatively high order backlog from previous year has been
reduced and remains, as of February 28, 2005, above average on a comfortable
level.
“Due to the extreme positive development of revenues in the first nine months
of the business year 2004/2005 we expect a clear improvement of cash flow and
earnings for this period”, explained Thomas H. Günther, Chairman of the Board
of Management.
