CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN: DE0005407407),
Adam-Opel-Straße 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, listed on the PRIME Standard
and the 'Technology All Share' index, has reached consolidated revenues in
accordance with IFRSs as of August 31, 2007 of around €3,145
thousand(previous year €3.799 thousand).
Orders in hand as of August 31, 2007 rose by approximately +120% year on
year.
The final detailed consolidated figures for the Group will be published
together with the Q1 2007/2008 report following their approval on October
12, 2007.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:
Due to time-delayed technical definitions from a customer for a system
component a major order from Spain and another order from Spain that
together amount €980 thousand could not be delivered until August 31, 2007.
The prorated production costs for the two Spanish projects occurred in the
first quarter 2007/2008 (summer months June, July and August). Without this
delay behind the cut-off date CeoTronics would have topped the first
quarter revenues of previous year by far.
Moreover, CeoTronics in the first quarter of the current business year
started with development and production of the large order, in all €5.5
million from the German Air Force for CT-DECT JetCom systems of which the
first lot should be delivered by the end of November 2007.
'Considering the high order backlog (approx. +120%) and the anticipated
deliveries and invoicing up to Q3 of the current business year we look
optimistically into the future', says Chairman and CEO Thomas H. Günther
